Terms & Conditions:
1. Name (Candidate) ....................... Date of Birth ...........................  Father’s Name .....................  Mother’s Name ....................... Address  ................................... NID No . .............................  Passport No.  ................. , On behalf of him 2nd party (guardian) signing this contract with EUROVISION CONSULTANCY (1st party);

2. 1st party () After submission of passport, will process all necessary document including work permit/ offer latter, embassy appointment and submission within 7-8 months;

3. 2nd party when submit passport must be deposit 100,000.00 taka (one luk) in advance. Without advance payment we won’t process any visa application process;

4. All payment must be deposit in the bank account with must the specified PAYMENT REFERENCE NUMBER on the deposit slip, no payment in cash inside the office will not be accept. Please pay your money through the bank account and keep the receipt with you for your own safety and evidence. 2nd will keep the original receipt and a photocopy will provide to 1st party;

5. (For work permit visa) 2nd party after receiving work permit for security purpose, 2nd party must pay more 200,000.00 taka (tow Luks) cash and one grantee bank check with rest of amount (which all are refundable if visa application are not successful)

6. (For the student Visa) when we receive offer latter, 2nd party must insure the block amount/student file; when embassy appointment must pay 100,000.00 taka and rest bank check for the guarantee (refundable if visa application);

7. (For the Schengen visa/American-Canadian visitor visa) when submit passport 2nd party must pay 100,000.00 taka, when appointment confirm 2nd party must pay 200,000.00 (tow lucks) and one bank check with rest of the amount as guarantee (refundable if visa application not successful)

8. Until the visa application is successful 1st party will not convert the security bank check into cash. That bank check will receive only for guaranty of payment. After successful of visa application 2nd party within 15 must pay rest of due amount in cash and return back their bank check, if within 15 days 2nd party doesn’t pay cash amount 1st party will deposit that bank check to the bank for cash and the 2nd party will be liable if the sufficient fund is not available in the bank account;

9. 2nd party will bear all expenses including visa + ticket for India, Nepal or any other country for the embassy submission and rest expenses will bear the 1st party;

10. 2nd party will provide including police clearance and any other additional document if necessary with their own expanses.

11. After face of embassy, if visa application is not successful, 1st party deducted permit expense, Medical insurance and embassy fee will be deducted and rest of amount will refund to 2nd party’s bank account;

12. After successful of visa application, when 1st party will receive full amount, will complete manpower and air ticket for the flight;

13. All terms and conditions stated in this contract, we 1st party and 2nd party both, will be legally bound to follow and perform all with due respect.

Therefore, we 1st party and 2nd party both hereby solemnly declared that, we due knowledge, without any provocation and threat from other, in the presence of witness signed this contract. Witness
